About Us

We are the most northerly cage bird society in Great Britain and unlike many other societies we are bucking the trend and have a flourishing membership.

From the 57 members we had 710 entries at our annual show which is held in November. This included canaries, budgies, foreign birds, British birds, racing and fancy pigeons, poultry and waterfowl, and last but not least rabbits and cavies.
We would like to encourage new members to join us and can assure you that we will do everything that we can to help a new member in their chosen fancy. There is a wealth of knowledge amongst our members.

We are also keen to share our knowledge with any club or society. Members are willing to come along and have a chat.

If you want any help do contact us. Details of committee members are on our contact page.
